Can I use Super C Serum and Renewal Cream (retinol) together?
Yes — vitamin C in the morning under SPF, retinol at night. If you're new to retinol, start with every other night and skip the Dark Spot Serum on those nights until your skin adjusts.
Are the topicals fragrance-free?
Renewal Cream, Super C Serum, Eye Renewal Cream, Instant Eye Lift and Lash & Brow Serum contain no added fragrance. Dark Spot Serum contains fragrance — check the INCI list on its page.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our US fulfillment center. Standard shipping takes 4–7 business days; the express upgrade at checkout takes 2–3.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If you're not happy within 60 days of delivery, email support and we'll refund your order. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is this a subscription?
Only if you choose it. Every product has a one-time price and an optional Subscribe & Save price. Subscriptions are billed at the interval shown on the product page and can be cancelled any time, effective immediately, from our Cancel Subscription page or by emailing support.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter it in the coupon box in your bag or on the checkout page and click Apply. One code per order. Coupons apply to the first charge of a subscription only.
Where are your products made?
All products are manufactured and packaged in the United States in GMP-certified facilities.
What are the digital guides?
Short PDF guides written by our team. They're delivered by email within minutes and are yours to keep. Digital items are non-refundable once downloaded.
